This notice explains how HOD Technologies Limited (“ABARIVO”, “we”) handles the details you give us through abarivo.com before ABARIVO Market launches.

What we collect

When you register for early access or save a buying request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone, country, sector and what you want to buy, sell or offer. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use these details only to contact you about early access, to understand demand in each sector and, when the marketplace opens, to match buying requests with suitable suppliers. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form.

Who processes it

Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase, and notification emails are sent through Resend. To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell people and bots apart. These providers process data on our behalf. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access details until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a registered user or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us through hodtechnologies.com/contact.
